Harwood District was established in 1984 with the opening of the Rolex building, Uptown Dallas’ first office development. Since then, the District has grown to more than two million square feet of premier class AA office, residential, and restaurants set within a park-like campus with gardens and art-filled lobbies.

On our exterior, we are a District with architecture that adds to the Dallas skyline but it is what we hold at our core that sets us apart. Harwood International created the District to provide Dallas with unique experiences for today and for generations to come.
